On November 7th and 8th, 2024, Unipower Private Limited held an immersive training program together with CIC's Pelwehera and Hingurakgoda farms, focused on enhancing employees' expertise in agricultural innovation and technologies. The program included workshops, interactive sessions, and site visits covering advanced fertilizer applications, plant health, and sustainable agriculture practices.

The CIC farms provided an ideal setting, with Pelwehera’s extensive crop variety and Hingurakgoda’s innovative practices showcasing real-world application. Through hands-on learning, participants explored the latest in plant management and plant nutrient technologies, fostering a deeper understanding of Unipower's product lineup and its benefits for sustainable farming. In addition, Unipower conducted a knowledge sharing session for the technical and extension staff of Pelwehera, Hingurakgoda and Thalawa farms.
